It depends on scope: the number of screens, integrations and business rules changes the effort a lot. After a short call I send a scope-based estimate broken into stages, so you can start smaller and expand later. No prices are hidden behind a discovery phase.
In most cases yes, through REST APIs or a custom integration layer. I check your ERP, payment provider and messaging tools during scoping and tell you honestly when something cannot be connected cleanly. If a native option is cheaper, I will say so.
Yes. You own the repository, the database and the infrastructure accounts. I hand over documentation, environment setup and a walkthrough so another developer could continue the work without me. If you want me to keep maintaining it, that is a separate agreement.
